Guided tours of the NRM itself, which will hopefully include some ‘Deltic’ related exhibits, will still take place at 10.15 and 13.15 – if you are interested, please e-mail DPS Vice Chairman Jim Dedicoat on firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve your place.
Movement of D9009 to the East Lancashire Railway for its visit is expected to take place on Thursday 27th February, leaving Barrow Hill around 10.30. More details should be available in the next few days.
As members will be aware, the Annual General Meeting of the Deltic Preservation Society takes place at the National Railway Museum on Saturday March 1st. Doors open at 10am.
